Green Chili Meat

Shared Tastes - On occasion this time, we try to give a selection of recipes meal. This can be tried, not only on women or housewives, the men officer or household heads when their holidays to try the cuisine or learn to cook. 

It would be nice, let's try the menu of meat (sausage, meatballs or to taste) green.

- Materials need to be prepared,

1 kilograms of fresh beef, green peppers (red or orange) 1 fruit, 2 fruit green chillies, onions bombay 1/2 fruit, clean water to taste, red onion 4 cloves garlic 1 clove, ginger 1 vertebra,  galangal 1 vertebra, bay leaf 1 sheet, 1 stalk lemongrass, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, pepper powder to taste, salt to taste, tapioca (sago) 2 tablespoons and flavoring to taste.

- Beef fillet (sausage, meatballs) thinly sliced (slice).
- Materials are sliced lengthwise, green peppers, green peppers, and onions.

- Materials are crushed ginger, galangal, and lemongrass.

How processing,
