Shared Tastes - Bakpao (steamed buns stuffed with coconut)

Material Bakpao:
- 200 grams of low protein flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 30 grams of powdered sugar (can use white  sugar)
- 1 tablespoon milk powder
- 1 egg white
- 75 milliliters of water ice
- 25 grams of butter white
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, and
- food coloring

Ingredients coconut stuffing:
- 1 piece of grated coconut and a half old
- 1/2 kilograms of brown sugar chopped fine
- Salt to taste and
- 2 sheets of fragrant pandan leaves


How to Make coconut stuffing:
-1. Grated coconut, brown sugar, salt and fragrant pandan leaves. All these ingredients are mixed together, and stir until blended.
-2. All materials saute without vegetable oil in a frying pan, over medium heat.
Once cooked, set aside.

Ingredients meat stuffing:
- 1/4 onions, finely chopped
- 100 grams of ground beef
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- white sugar 1/4 kilograms
- 1 leek, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon of oil for sauteing

How to Make a meat stuffing:

-1. Saute onions until fragrant
-2. Enter the minced meat, stir until the color changes.
-3. Add soy sauce, salt soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar and stir well.
-4. Pour a little water, cook until absorbed.
-5. Add the leek, stir well, and set aside.

If you want practical, stuffing can be replaced with;
- chocolate
- cheese
- Or made jam so according to taste.

How to Make Bakpao:
-1. Mix the flour, yeast, baking powder, food coloring, sugar and powdered milk, stir well.
-2. Add egg white and a little ice water, stirring until smooth.
-3. Enter a white butter and salt, stirring until elastic, let stand 30 minutes.
-4. Create each dough weighs 25 grams, let stand 10 minutes.
-5. Flatten the dough, give the contents, round shape, place it on a banana leaf, and let stand 20 minutes.
- 6. Steam for 7 minutes on medium heat.

Bakpao ready to be served.
